Processing & Delivery Timeframes
- Order Verification: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Standard Transit: Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation with live tracking links is sent via email and SMS once dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Shipping Fees: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order total and delivery postal code. Free standard shipping applies to promotional items when indicated.
- COD Availability: Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable pin codes. A small convenience fee may apply to COD orders.
